Power washing in Chicago is Included free of charge for all Exterior House Painting or staining projects.
- Your house will be power washed with an Environmentally safe cleaning agents (Organic) and a diluted bleach solution.
- Once the solution has a chance to break up the mold, mildew, chalking, and pollutants the surface will be rinsed clean.
- If the surface is peeling badly we will use a tool called a Turbo nozzle to help remove the failing paint.
- Any remaining peeling paint will be scraped by our professional painters when the painting process begins.
- All paint chips left behind from the power washing will be cleaned up at the end of the job.
